Q: Are the castles OK in the rain?

A: Yes all castles, combos, actives, water slides, Falling Floors have full tailor made rain covers that keep your inflatable over 80% dry. All the Jumping J-Jays inflatable’s the kids once they are on the castle do not need to get on and off to get from once side to the other.

Q: Do you deliver only on weekends?

A: Actually most of the franchisees here in Adelaide can deliver mid week parties as well. Midweek parties are great for mothers groups and parents of pre school aged children. School holidays are another busy time for all parties.

Q: Do you carry insurance?

A: We are fully committed to provide you a safe and worry free party so our franchisees carry 10 million public liability for your party guests.

A: Yes we are the largest supplier of inflatable amusements in Adelaide with slides. We have combos, actives and water slides. Best to book early for those ones as many more customers who are renting for their second bouncy castle party upgrade to a slide variation.

Q. What is the latest time I can hire the castles for?

A: We stay out to 1 hour past dark. So in Winter we close early and in Summer we open till late.

Q: Do you hire any other party supplies?

A: Something that we have been asked a few times however Jumping J-Jays Bouncy castles and slides specialise in bouncy inflatable’s in Adelaide only. We can refer to you the leady part rental and supplies store; just ask us when you have made your booking.

Q: Do you provide operators to supervise the kids?

A: Law states that if the birthday party is in a private residential backyard then we can train you the rules to operate. If it is in a park of business location we will provide and registered and proven supervisor to make sure we do everything as needed by the government and for the safety.

Q. Are you registered for amusement operation in Adelaide?

A: Yes we were one of the first in Adelaide to be registered and comply with these regulations. FYI the regulations in Adelaide are the hardest and safest in the WORLD, by far. Great for you as a consumer.
